Twin Falls Police say a second suspect connected to a local murder is now in custody.

Cameron Watts, 29, of Gooding, was taken into custody without incident at 3rd Street West and Ellis in Paul, Idaho around 3:15 p.m today.

An arrest warrant for first-degree murder and first-murder kidnapping had been issued for Watts.

On Wednesday evening, officers from the Twin Falls Police Department were sent to 322 Morningside Drive. When they arrived, they discovered a deceased man, face down, bound and tied in a yellow barrel in the garage.

The victim has been identified as 18-year-old Dale Miller.

Police arrested John Henry McElhiney, 31, of Hailey, and charged him with first-degree murder and first-degree kidnapping. His live-in girlfriend Rachel Madrid was also arrested.

Neighbors told NewsChannel 7 they saw blood in the trunk of a 1980s Pontiac Grand Am parked in the garage. It was the neighbors who alerted police to the crime scene.

Police have not said how Miller died or how long his body was in the garage, but the proscutor told us it was a "traumatic death."

Twin Falls Police Department investigators worked closely with officers from Minidoka County Sheriff's Office, Idaho State Police, and the Mini-Cassia Drug Task Force during the arrest of Cameron Watts.
