Cody Richard Senez was 26 years old. He was killed in an automobile accident on May 25, 2007. Cody had 1 brother and 3 sisters. He was the oldest. He also had an amazing girlfriend and soon to be wife. Her name is Lisa. They had been dating for about 9 years. Cody had more friends than anyone I know. He never met a stranger. If a guy hated him it was because they were jealous of him and if a girl hated him it was because they wanted him but could have him. Cody loved to bullride and rope. And he was good at it too. The night before he was killed he went to the bull riding in Livingston. Usually he would not ride because they would not let him because he spurred too hard. So he rode the bull with no spurs and just a flank rope. I guess God let him do what he loved to do one last time before he left us to go to heaven. Also on the night before he died he went to a bar named Weedy's and sang karaoke. He sang his favorite song by Eric Church "guys like me". The song described Cody and was played at his funeral. He said this song was about him and Lisa. Cody was always the life of the party, and everyone adored him. Everytime he would get into trouble he would just laugh and have a big mischievous grin on his face so it was hard to stay mad at him. Cody loved his truck. It was a 2006 deep red Dodge Ram Megacab Dually. That was the truck he wrecked in. Cody was also a big fan of LSU. Cody Richard Senez was loved by so many and he will be deeply missed. Even though he is not physically here anymore his spirit is. And he is watching over us. Knowing Cody he will probably play a couple of tricks on us and take the advantage of not being able to be seen.
