The medical examiner says a teenager in Baker County died from severe blunt trauma.
The autopsy report also shows 16-year-old Hope Norman also may have been choked.
Investigators say 31-year-old Brock Morris confessed to killing Norman late Friday night.
Authorities believe Morris killed Norman when she refused to have sex with him.
The sheriff's office says Morris raped Norman, and beat her severely before burying her body behind his home.
Investigators believe Morris had already been in a rage because his wife left their home after a fight in the hours before the murder.
