The teenage victim of a weekend shooting was remembered today.
Ryan Bricklemyer, 18, died Friday night when he was shot in the chest.
He was a senior at Fort Cherry High School where he played football.
Today, family and friends remembered the big kid they always affectionately called "Brick".
"He was a really good guy, a friend to all of us," said classmate John Baker. "Everybody loved him. I had every class with him and he made everyone laugh, even the teachers."
Bricklemyer died Friday night of a single gunshot wound to the chest while at a friend's house.
State Police are not releasing any more details about what happened that night but family members say they believe the shooting was an accident.
More information is expected to be released tomorrow.
At this time, the coroner's office hasn't released an official ruling on the manner of death for Bricklemyer.
Counselors are expected to be on hand at Fort Cherry High School when students return to class Tuesday morning.
