David Waggoner, 20, passed away Monday, Nov. 5, 2007, at home with his family.
Funeral: 10 a.m. Saturday at First United Methodist Church of Fort Worth. Private interment: Riverside Cemetery in Byers. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Thompson's Harveson & Cole Funeral Home.
Memorials: His memory may be honored with a gift to First United Methodist Mission, 800 Fifth St., Fort Worth, Texas 76102.
David was a lifelong member of First United Methodist Church in Fort Worth. He graduated in 2005 from Paschal High School, where he was a member of the varsity baseball team. He attended the University of Texas at Dallas for two years as a business major and was affiliated with the baseball team there.
Survivors: Father, Mark Waggoner; mother, Pam Avirett and her husband, Andy; sister, Natalie Waggoner; stepbrothers, Jason and Kevin Avirett; grandmother, Linda Waggoner; grandfather, Bill Waggoner and his wife, Betty; uncles, Wade Waggoner and his wife, Kathy, and Wes McCormick; aunt, Becky James and her husband, Gary; and cousins, Travis and Graham Waggoner and Rachel and Joshua James.
