Police have made three arrests in connection with the discovery of a body outside Berryhill Elementary School on Tuesday morning.

Investigators say the body of 26-year-old William Brouillard had been severely burned and it took some time to identify him. He is believed to be the victim of a domestic-related homicide.

Police arrested 25-year-old Laura Brown, 27-year-old Jorge Carrillo and 27-year-old Amanda Brouillard and charged them all with murder.

Police say Amanda Brouillard was married to the victim but they were separated at the time of his death.
