Lance Charles Haefele, age 18 years, passed away on Thursday, January 18, 2007 at East Jefferson General Hospital as a result of an automobile accident. Lance is the beloved son of Gwen Stier Haefele and the late Scott Michael Haefele. Brother of Lacie and Cesilie Haefele. Grandson of Gwen and Charles Stier and Theodore Haefele and Donna Courtney. Great grandson of Dorman Strahan and Billy Joe Entrekin. Nephew of Roy Stier and Dorman, Theodore, Jr. and Daniel Haefele. He is also survived by Cameron Stier and other cousins and friends. Lance was a wonderful son and grandson and will be sadly missed by all. Lance's family would like to encourage anyone who is able to sign up to become an organ donor.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Funeral Mass at LAKE LAWN METAIRIE FUNERAL HOME CHAPEL, 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd. (in Metairie Cemetery) on Monday, January 22, 2007 at 2:00 PM. Visitation will be from 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM. Internment will follow in Lake Lawn Park Mausoleum.
