Samantha Jo Bender, age 23, of Gibbstown, suddenly on April 27.

Dearly beloved daughter of Joseph and Mary Ann (nee Lanzetta) of Gibbstown and mother of Alissa Bender. She is survived by her loving brother an sister, Joseph H. and Emily M. of Gibbstown, an grandparents Robert L. and Janice Bender, Charles R. Lanzetta and Robert Higbee and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Samantha attended the Gloucester Co. Alternative HS and was in the 2000 class of Paulsboro HS. She was active in the Girl Scouts and Gibbstown basketball and softball teams.
