Debbie Jackson Strait, 45 of Columbus, MS passed away Thursday, March 6, 2008 at her residence.
Visitation for Mrs. Strait will be Saturday, March 8, 2008 from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM. Services will follow at 8:00 PM at Lowndes Funeral Home, Columbus, MS with Bro. James Black officiating.
Mrs. Strait was born in Orangeburg, SC on January 12, 1963 to the late Jimmy Earl and Connie Latham Jackson and was a resident of Columbus for the past 25 years, having moved from Amory, MS. She was employed by Wal-Mart for the past seven years, an avid member of the Brooks & Dunn Fan Club, loved her job, enjoyed playing on the computer and was an out-going happy person.
Mrs. Strait is survived by her husband, Gary A. Strait, Columbus MS; step-son, Travis Strait, Hawaii; sisters, Angie Jackson (Norm) Simpson, Northport, AL and Denise (Ken) Fleming, St. Matthews, SC; step-granddaughter, Alyssa Strait, two nieces and three nephews.
