Police are trying to figure out what led to a crash that killed a Washington County woman on Sunday.
Megan Phillis, 18, somehow lost control of her Jeep on a rural road in McDonald, police said.
The Jeep flipped several times and Phillis was thrown out of it. She died later in the day at a hospital.
Investigators will reconstruct the wreck on Monday in hopes of learning more about what happened.
