Stephanie A. Kovalcik, age 23, passed away suddenly in an automobile accident on March 29, 2008 in Atlanta, Georgia.
Born and raised in the Levittown area, she was a graduate of Pennsbury High School Class of 2003 where she was a cheerleader. Stephanie was a graduate of Penn State University Class of 2007 where she obtained a degree in Elementary Education, which allowed her to pursue her lifelong dream of becoming a teacher. She was very proud to teach first grade at Meadowcreek Elementary School in Gwinnett County, Georgia.
She had a happy childhood and spent many memorable times with her family and friends in the Pocono Mountains, where she was a member of the Lake Adventure Dolphins Swim Team. She also played softball locally for the Levittown Continental League.
All of these positive experiences from her life made her a vibrant and joy-filled person, and it is this gift of happiness that she strove to share with all the school children under her care.
