New Jersey State Police found the body of a missing Levittown man Tuesday floating in the Delaware River.
Police said Cody Cartlidge''s death has been ruled a suicide. The Middletown man allegedly jumped on April 6 from the Benjamin Franklin Bridge, but conflicting reports from a man who was with him at the time left friends and family hoping he was simply missing.
Cartlidge''s body was found near Petty''s Island on the New Jersey side of the river about a mile north of the bridge. Family members did not return calls for comment.

So, I wonder if the friend knew he was planning on jumping or if he just suddenly jumped.? I noticed on some myspace pages flyers were posted of Cody being a missing person. You would think the friend would want the family to know the truth.
