The man found floating in the Hudson River in Irvington during the weekend was identified today as a Newburgh man who jumped to his death from the Tappan Zee Bridge in March.

Jonathan Draughn, 23, of 20 Liberty Street, was identified through dental records, according to a spokesman from the Westchester County Medical Examiner''s office.

Draughn apparently jumped from the 3-mile bridge on the Rockland-bound side the morning of March 22. Despite more than a dozen divers and two helicopters searching the Hudson River for more than an hour, Draughn''s body was not recovered.

An abandoned 1997 Honda Civic was found the morning of the suicide on the bridge''s Rockland-bound side. It contained personal effects belonging to Draughn, who apparently was suffering from depression.
