Arkansas State Police say 10 people were killed in traffic accidents over the Memorial Day weekend.

Fifty-year-old Robert Robinson of Detroit was killed yesterday afternoon in a wreck on Arkansas 85 in Phillips County. Authorities say Robinson drove off the roadway, overcorrected and hit a tree, according to an Arkansas State Police report.

Twenty-2-year-old Audra Bayird was killed in a one-car accident yesterday on Arkansas 351 in Craighead County. Bayird lost control of her car and struck a tree.

Two men were killed in a collision Sunday on Arkansas 80 in Scott County. Authorities say 25-year-old David Berry of Mena and 25-year-old Dwight Vaughn of Danville died in a head-on collision.

In Hot Spring County, 46-year-old Tammy Moses of Jonesboro died Sunday after losing control of her vehicle while driving on Interstate 30.

Thirty-4-year-old David Taylor of McCaskill died early Sunday morning after he drove off U.S. 371 in Hempstead County and struck a bridge.

In Van Buren County, a 5-year-old boy died Saturday in a head-on collision on East Mountain Road. Angus Williams was killed in the crash, which happened at about 5 p.m.

Twenty-6-year-old Jose Sanchez of Mabelvale died Saturday after losing control on a curve on Arkansas 5 in Saline County.

In Newton County, a 17-year-old girl was killed after losing control on a curve on Arkansas 43 and driving into incoming traffic. Alyssa Slape of Compton died in the wreck, which happened at about 8 a.m. Saturday.

Fifty-6-year-old Charles Golden was killed early Saturday morning when he ran across the eastbound lanes and into oncoming traffic on Interstate 40 in Conway County.
