A motorcyclist was killed Thursday during a collision with a sport utility vehicle in Harrison Township.
Aaron Rankin, 27, of Tarentum, was struck and killed on Broadview Boulevard, police said.
It was initially thought to be a hit-and-run, but investigators later determined that the SUV driver went to a nearby parking lot after the accident.
Police are still investigating the fatal crash.
No charges have been filed.
