Police arrested a Euclid teen Tuesday in the shooting death of 17-year-old Brandon Griffin.
Griffin was found shot to death Nov. 8 outside his home in the 300 block of East 152nd Street.
Maurice Greer, 19, is charged with aggravated murder.
Brandon''s death was Cleveland''s 119th homicide of the year, matching last year''s total.
Cleveland is on pace to record the most homicides in the city since the mid-1990s and continues a spike upward that started in 2005.
The homicide typifies many of the killings this year, in which teenagers have been either the killers or the victims.
Brandon Griffin''s body was found dead in the shrubbery in front of the home where he lived with a relative. Police believe he was shot the night before after an altercation. The relative did not see the body in the darkness the night of Nov. 7 and the shrubbery hid the body most of Nov. 8.
