Powhatan County authorities have found the black Ford Mustang they were looking for in connection with last night's shooting death, but the suspects were nowhere to be found.

Tahliek Taliaferro, 18, of Powhatan was killed and a second person, a juvenile, was wounded at 6:45 p.m. yesterday in the Flat Rock area of Powhatan. The juvenile's name is not being released because of his age.

A memorial service for Taliaferro is scheduled for 6-9 p.m. tonight at the Powhatan YMCA. He was a standout linebacker on the Powhatan High School football team, earning first-team honors last fall in the Southside District and an honorable mention on the Richmond Times-Dispatch All Metro Team.

Police this afternoon found the black Ford Mustang that they believe the three shooting suspects - two males and one female - were driving after the incident.

Authorities said the suspects are: Stephanie Reynolds, a 19-year-old white female with brown eyes and blond hair, 5-foot-5, 150 pounds; Ethan Scott Parrish, a 24-year-old white male with brown hair and blue eyes, 5-foot-4, 125-pounds; and a 17-year-old white male with brown hair and blue eyes, 5-foot-6, 130 pounds. Authorities aren't releasing his name because of his age.

Felony warrants have been issued for all three for murder, malicious wounding and use of a firearm in a felony.

Last night, witnesses told investigators the suspects were traveling in a late 1990s model white Dodge Durango, and that they were armed with a rifle and a handgun. The Durango was located this morning at a residence in Amelia County.

Powhatan authorities ask that if anyone has any information regarding the black Mustang or the suspects, to call their local law enforcement office or the Powhatan County Sheriff's Office at (804) 598-5656.
