THE heartbroken dad of murdered Jimmy Mizen yesterday paid tribute to a "lovely boy" who had "his mother's smile".

Barry Mizen, 56, told more than 1,000 mourners at the 16-year-old's funeral: "He was a lovely boy. I have some really good memories."
He added: "Jimmy's smile, I know where he got it from.

"The first thing that attracted me to Margaret was her beautiful smile."

Jimmy had his throat cut in a bakery row last month - a victim of Broken Britain.

As another dad made a stand against yob culture by shopping his son for having a gun, Jimmy's family told how they had been robbed of a "gentle giant".

Sobbing mum Margaret, 55, paid her tribute to her 6ft 4in son.

She told mourners: "He was a beautiful baby and so well behaved. He was amazing. I can't believe we are here now."
Struggle

Jimmy's older brothers Danny, 30, Billy, 28, Tommy, 26, Bobby, 24, Harry, 18, and nephew James, 19, acted as pallbearers for his wicker coffin while younger brother George, eight, carried a football picture of him.

Sister Samantha, 21, who has Down's syndrome, laid flowers as the hearse passed the bakery where Jimmy was stabbed in Lee, South London.

Inside Our Lady of Lourdes Roman Catholic Church - where Jimmy was an altar boy - his brother Billy told mourners how he struggled after Jimmy's death when asked about his family.

He said: "Whenever I'm asked again I will always say I have six brothers, two sisters and a nephew.

"Jimmy will always come after Harry and before George."

After the service mourners and passers-by wept as Margaret tenderly kissed the coffin before it was driven away for burial.

Jake Fahri, 19, is charged with Jimmy's murder.

THE funeral of anti-knife campaign mum Pat Regan, 53 - whose grandson has been charged with her stab murder - was held yesterday in Leeds.
