A 20-year-old Fountain Valley man died Thursday and three others were injured when the truck they were in rolled over on I-101 in San Luis Obispo, officials said.

Chadrik T. Miller, 20, of Fountain Valley died in the 12:23 p.m. collision, and three others in the truck were injured, the California Highway Patrol reported.

The driver, Jesse A. Hope, 19, of Norwalk, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence and vehicular manslaughter. He suffered moderate injuries.

Robert A. Chamberlain, 20, of Huntington Beach, suffered major injuries and Cydney L. Bonilla, 20, of San Clemente, suffered moderate injuries, the CHP said.

The 1994 Chevrolet pickup they were riding in was headed south on I-101 when they may have been cut off by a Chrysler PT Cruiser, the CHP said.

The pickup swerved into the median and the driver lost control. It then veered into the road and back into the median, spinning around and rolling over three times.

All four were wearing their seat belts, the CHP said.
