A Marianna teenager has lost his life in a two-car crash on State Road 71 at an Interstate 10 on-ramp.
Killed was Adam Spenser Smith, 18.
The Florida Highway Patrol says Smith was headed south on State Road 71 at a speed of at least 70 miles per hour when he crashed into the rear wheels of a semi tractor trailer rig.
He was trapped in his car and was pronounced dead at the scene.
The truck driver was not injured.
