Two suspects allegedly abducted Barbara Jean "Bobbi" Bosworth and then got into a deadly car crash. Now 19-year-old Keith Baskerville of Woodbridge will likely face a felony murder charge.

Prince William County prosecutor Paul Ebert tells WTOP even though Bosworth, 61, of Alexandria died in the car crash, it allegedly happened during the commission of a felony. She had been carjacked using a fake gun.

Ebert says he believes the arrest warrant will be served as soon as Baskerville recovers from the crash.

The second suspect, 19-year-old Lutchman Chandler of Woodbridge, died from injuries sustained in the crash. Chandler was sitting in the backseat of the car with Bosworth when the accident occurred.

Baskerville currently faces charges of carjacking and abduction with intent to extort money.

Bosworth was abducted from the Springfield Mall on Saturday, police say. She was driven 18 miles to the PDQ Mart on Cardinal Drive in Woodbridge, where she tried to get cash back on a purchase of two six-packs of beer.

Police say somewhere along the line, Bosworth called her husband and indicated something was wrong. Thomas Bosworth then reported her missing under suspicious circumstances.

It was at the convenience store that a couple -- a man and a woman -- noticed Bosworth and the two suspects and believed something was wrong.

Prince William County Police Sgt. Kim Chinn says the man, pretending to know Bosworth, hugged her and asked if she needed help, and she indicated that she did.

The man followed the suspects and Bosworth, while the woman called police from the convenience store, prompting an alert for the vehicle.

Police say when they saw the victim's Saturn a few minutes later, it began speeding.

Baskerville, who was driving, lost control as he weaved in and out of traffic.

The car crashed into some trees 3 1/2 miles from the convenience store at the intersection of Neabsco Road and Indus Drive.
