A 21-year-old National City man was killed early yesterday in a hit-and-run accident on Paradise Valley Road in Bay Terraces.
The Medical Examiner's Office identified the victim as Marcus Anthony Gonzales. Gonzales was found just after 5 a.m. in the westbound lanes of Paradise Valley Road just west of Zest Street, San Diego police said.
Police said the vehicle that hit him left the area and no witnesses have come forward. No other information was available. Gonzales' family could not be reached for comment yesterday.
