The Florida Highway Patrol said Joshua Sammons, 20, lost control of his car on SR- 417, near the Beachline in Orlando. He was ejected from the car and then five different cars hit him. Sammons later died from his injuries Thursday.

Two of the drivers that hit him did not stop and now investigators are searching for them.

Sammons' family said he was on his way to work from his home in Oviedo at the time of the crash. His aunt told Eyewitness News she is devastated by the loss and wants the drivers to come forward.

"Just come forward. We need to know what happened. He was part of us and we need to know what happened," said Beth Wilson, Sammon's Aunt.

Sammons would have become a father. His child is due any day now.

"Her name is Anna Grace and we're looking forward to her," said Wilson.

Troopers had only a vague description of the two vehicles they're searching for. One is a light-colored passenger vehicle and the other is a black truck.

It's a crime to leave the scene of a crash, so those drivers are urged to come forward.
