A volunteer firefighter died while working at the scene of a vehicle crash Saturday.
Captain Richard Rhea, 60, reportedly slipped on wet grass located on the roadway shoulder and fell, causing him to come into contact with a live downed power line.
Capt. Rhea had worked in the fire service for 32 years.
