Prisoner Accused of Helping Cellmate's Suicide

An inmate at a Wisconsin prison has been charged with helping his cellmate, a high-profile killer, commit suicide in January.

Joshua Walters, an inmate at the Dodge Correctional Institution, has been charged with assisted suicide, a felony. He is accused of helping 20-year-old Adam Peterson commit suicide.

Peterson pleaded guilty to stabbing Madison resident Joel Marino to death last year.

Peterson committed suicide shortly after arriving in the state prison system. Peterson and Marino did not know each other.

Walters is a 20-year-old serving time for burglary.
