When a train hit and killed a 15-year-old in Dickson County last month, everyone's first thoughts were 'tragic accident' or 'suicide.'
Now, Police have arrested and charged four people in connection with the teen's death.
Caleb Stephens was lying across the tracks behind the Shell Market in Burns, Tenn., when he was killed Sept. 20.
Detrich Cook, Brian Capps and Eric Newberry are all charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
