KOEHLER, JENNIFER LORRAINE SUZANNE, 21, of Louisville, passed away Thursday, August 13, 2009.

She was a waitress for Chile's Restaurant.

She is survived by her parents, Karol and Mary Koehler; one sister, Kimberly Koehler (Joshua Mike); two brothers, Brian Koehler (Holly Neal) and Karol Douglas Koehler; and grandmother, Mary Svarney.

Funeral service will be 10 a.m. Monday at O. D. White & Sons, 2727 S. Third St., with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens East. Visitation is 2-8 p.m. Sunday.
