A woman who police say was drunk and ran a red light in Fullerton, killing a 56-year-old driver, is charged with vehicular manslaughter, prosecutors said Thursday.
Alice Darlene Moya, 21, of Lynwood, faces a single felony count of vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated without gross negligence and faces up to four years in state prison, according to a District Attorney Office's news release.

Moya was released on $100,000 bail.
Officials said that on April 24, Moya was driving her Honda sedan while drunk after a party she attended in South Gate. When she reached the intersection of Gilbert Street and Rosecrans Avenue in Fullerton, she allegedly ran a red light and crashed into a Toyota sedan driven by Sae Jun Koh, 56.
Koh was taken to UCI Medical Center in Orange. Police said he was also intoxicated and they cited him at the hospital. Koh remained hospitalized until he died of his injuries on May 17. Doctors said he died of blunt force trauma and swelling in the brain.
Moya, who was 20 at the time of the crash, suffered minor cuts. Police said she showed signs of intoxication and had a blood-alcohol level of .14 - nearly twice the legal limit.
