According to San Bernardino County Sheriff 's Department officials, at 7:50 a.m., a passerby reported the vehicle in the aqueduct east of Baldy Mesa Road and south of Del Rosa Road where emergency personnel later arrived and found a 2005 Volkswagon Jetta in the water.
