Authorities suspect foul play in the death of a Douglas County woman found dead in her home.
The Douglas County sheriff's office said Saturday investigators are treating the death of 39-year-old Heather L. Thompson of Roseburg as a homicide.
She missed an appointment with a friend on Wednesday, officers found her body Thursday and an autopsy was conducted Friday.
The sheriff's office said it has determined the cause of death, but won't release the findings of the autopsy.
