Another passenger in the car, Jennifer Gulin, 21, was airlifted to Jackson Memorial Hospital's Ryder Trauma Center. She is expected to survive.
According to the Highway Patrol, the three were traveling at about 7 a.m. in the southbound lanes of Florida's Turnpike by Mile Marker 20 when Green lost control of the car and struck a support pole for an overhead sign.
