A crash Wednesday morning in west Buechel has claimed one life.
19-year-old Lavada Coleman was pronounced dead about 9:30 a.m.
Louisville Metro Police are investigating the crash. It happened around 8:45 a.m. on Buechel Bank Road near Plaza Road.
Police say Coleman was driving northbound in a grey Saturn when she lost control.
They say speed does not appear to be a factor in the crash but the investigation continues.
