She attended Neutral Elementary, Akers Elementary, Kings Christian and Lemoore High School, graduating in 2008. She was a loved member of South Valley Christian Church where she worshiped and sang. From a very young age, Alyssa proved to have a natural dancing and singing talent, which she excelled with in her short life. By age 3 she was appearing in dance competitions, where over the years she was awarded numerous gold and platinum awards for solo competition and was a scholarship recipient at the LA Dance Magic convention. At age 9 she was crowned National Young Miss. She discovered her natural talent and true passion in singing also at a very young age. At 18 years old she began working on a developmental deal with Sharp Objects in Nashville, TN-a country music promotion and record company run by Steven Sharp. During her time in Nashville she learned to play guitar, wrote songs with well-known writers and sang at many venues including The Commodore, Dan McGuiness, The Bluebird Café and even opened for Blackhawk at the French Quarter. Many of her appearances in California and Nashville were fundraiser events, raising money for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society or Relay For Life . another passion of Alyssa's.

At age 13 she was diagnosed with Neuroblastoma, a rare form of cancer that normally doesn't affect teenagers. She fought her disease for 6 years with a courageous fight, all along touching many hearts with her resilient and positive outlook on life. She will always be remembered for her beauty inside and out, her love and faith in God, her contagious smile and her angelic voice.
