Zachary is survived by his mother, Mildred Cecelia Smith Price and her husband, Joseph Price, of Salisbury; stepmother, Susan Piatt-Zetty of Hughesville; paternal grandparents, Thomas and Barbara Zetty of Camp Springs; maternal grandmother, Patricia Smith of Berlin; two sisters, Jessica Smith and her husband, Edward, of Waldorf, Md., and Diamond Zetty of Hughesville; two brothers, Richard Zetty and his wife, Sara, of Hughesville and Ryan Price of Salisbury; and several uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces and a nephew.
