A 23-year-old was arrested Tuesday in connection with the shooting death of a man outside a northeast side apartment in July.

Douglas Craft, 26, was found shot to death outside the Whitfield Square Apartment Homes in the 4500 block of North Arlington Avenue the night of July 20.

Carlos Starks was arrested Tuesday and preliminarily charged with murder.
