A woman that has been missing since December was found buried in a shallow grave in the backyard of a home in Norma, Oklahoma.

Angela Biggers, 48, went missing from her Oklahoma City home on December 5th. She was seen by a co-worker two days earlier.

Biggers 2001 Ford Focus was found on December 13 at an apartment at Southeast 15th and High Street in Oklahoma City.

Ronald Seth Banks, 34, who was Bigger's boyfriend has been charged with first degree murder in the connection of Bigger's death. He was arrested at a bus terminal in Fort Worth, Texas. Authorities say that Banks may have known the people who used to live at the home on 1100 Fountain Gate Court where Biggers was found. Currently the house is vacant.

According to the affidavit it says that Banks said that he had done "Something stupid and didn't mean to do it." He also told a family member, "The only thing going for me is no body, no crime."
