AN 11-year-old Brooklyn boy broke down when he learned that his mother was killed in a car crash with his drunken father at the wheel, family said Sunday.

Tarell DuPass wailed in despair when he was told that his mother, Amanda Marty, 30, had died after Kareem DuPass, 34, lost control of his speeding 1996 Ford Explorer and flipped it on the Belt Parkway near Marine Park, the family said.

"He took it really bad," said Marty's mother, Maria Surita, 62.

"Who's going to take care of me?" Surita recalled the boy asking her. "He was saying he doesn't have anyone anymore."

Kareem DuPass and Marty dropped their son off at Surita's Bushwick home Thursday night before they went out with Kareem Dupass' brother, Jason, 21, and another man, cops and family said.

A drunken Kareem DuPass lost control of the SUV, which hit a guardrail and flipped over near Flatbush Ave. Marty died at Brookdale University Hospital. Jason DuPass was still in critical condition Sunday.

Kareem DuPass, who also has a 16-year-old son, was hit with a slew of charges, including manslaughter, DWI and reckless driving.

Surita said she is withholding judgment over the death of her only child.

"I wasn't there," she said. "It's up to God."

Neighbor Crystal Rodriguez, 26, said Tarell was screaming after receiving the devastating news.

"This can't be happening! This can't be real!" she said he yelled.
