The body of a Bolingbrook man has been recovered from a pond where he went missing earlier this week.
Searchers found the body of 25-year-old Jeremy Asbell in the pond near Woodward Avenue and Frontage Road, in unincorporated Lemont.
Asbell was out in a canoe early Tuesday when it capsized.
Rescue crews used Sonar to search for him in the murky water.
His body was found Thursday morning and taken to the DuPage County Coroner's Office where an autopsy will be performed.
