Libby Anne Groves, 44, passed away Monday, Sept. 26, 2011, surrounded by her loving family. Celebration of life: 7 p.m. Wednesday in the chapel of Lucas Funeral Home, 1321 Precinct Line Rd., Hurst. Memorials: To honor her memory a donation to the Susan B. Komen for the Cure would be appreciated. She was a longtime employee of Rebecca Lucas, family law attorney, and was known by many in the Tarrant County court system. Her primary focuses in life were her children and grandchildren and she was very involved in their youth sports and activities. She had a great desire to help others with cancer with her courage, strength, optimism and being a positive warrior. Survivors: Parents, Linda and Jim Hardy and Gary and Cindy Wofford; children, Elizabeth McCurdy and her husband, Nathan, Alicia Groves, Carlie Groves and Tyler Franco and his wife, Lauren; grandchildren, Mollie and Tessa McCurdy, Lilly Franco and Raife Morton; sisters, Traci Franco and her husband, Jose, Jennifer Sheldon and her husband, Rand, Kathy Moore and Lauren Hart; brothers, Tom Wofford and his wife, Sondra, Jason Schultz and his wife, Lisa; and nieces and nephews, Rachel, Meghan, Angela and Shelby Franco, Savannah and Sierra Sheldon, Mitchel, Conley and Raylan Schultz.
