According to police, 18-year-old Daevon Shaquille Miller of Norfolk was gunned down outside of El Patrol Catina and Grill on Sam's Cirle in Chesapeake.

Around 1:42am Saturday, Chesapeake police were in the area of Sam's Dr in reference to another matter. They heard shots fired in the area of El Patrol Catina and responded immediately.

Officers located Miller in the parking lot with gunshot wounds. He was pronounced deceased at the scene.
