A Crowley man died late Saturday from injuries he suffered when he fell out of the bed of a truck onto a freeway, according to the Tarrant County medical examiner's website on Sunday.

The victim was identified as David Kithas, 26. He was pronounced dead at John Peter Smith Hospital at about 10:44 p.m. Saturday.

The accident occurred about 10:12 p.m. Saturday in the 5700 block of the North Freeway.

Police could not be reached Sunday to provide details.
