A repeat drunk driver who is accused of killing two people behind the wheel will be in court Monday.

Police say Martin Rodriguez hit and killed Frances Pizarro and her son, Edward Lindsey, while they were walking across 14th and Greenfield.

After the incident, Rodriguez kept driving and police later found him trying to hide in the Milwaukee River. He admitted to drinking 5 quarts of beer that night.

Not only was Rodriguez convicted of three times of OWI but he was also driving with a suspended license.
