Three men have pleaded guilty in the death of a man killed by gunfire that peppered his western Pennsylvania home 5 1/2 years ago, killing the victim as he sat in a chair in a basement recording studio.

The Beaver County Times (http://bit.ly/HuRPD1 ) says 28-year-old Billy Dawkins Jr. of Aliquippa pleaded guilty to third-degree murder on Thursday, and in exchange prosecutors dropped other charges.

Dawkins' brother, 25-year-old Travon Dawkins, and 28-year-old Rhett Spears also pleaded guilty to third-degree murder last month in the case.

Police said the Aliquippa home was hit by more than 20 rounds from an AK-47 rifle and a 9mm handgun in October 2006, killing 20-year-old Jordan Cain.

Travon and Billy Dawkins are to be sentenced in May.

Spears was sentenced to 10 to 20 years.
