Yellowstone County Coroner Bill Jones has identified two men who died in a rollover crash near Billings on Saturday as Julian Garcia, 32, and Eric Boisvert, 27, both of Billings.

Jones said an autopsy of both men to determine the exact cause of death was scheduled for Monday morning.

It was originally reported that the vehicle's driver -- identified as Garcia -- was from Shelby. Jones said one of them was originally from that area but now has a Billings address.

The two men were in a Chevrolet Avalanche that was headed east on Interstate 90 near the South 27th Street off-ramp when it went into the median. Garcia overcorrected and the vehicle went back onto the road before rolling several times, the Montana Highway Patrol said.

Garcia was thrown from the truck as it rolled and one of two passengers, Boisvert, was partially thrown. Both of them died at the scene.

A woman who was also in the truck was taken to the hospital to be treated for minor injuries, according to the Montana Highway Patrol.

Investigators cited excessive speed and careless driving as factors in the crash.
