Hunter Lee Harris, 19, passed away on January 6, 2013. Born in San Diego on December 16, 1993 son of Blake and Linda Harris. Hunter graduated from Patrick Henry 2012. He was attending SDSU and Mesa College. He has played baseball since he was five, and was looking forward to pitching this season at Mesa. He loved photography, animals and cars. He spent his free time with his many friends. He was lovingly referred to as "Ginger" because of his fiery red hair. His playful personality was infectious. Funny, genuine, positive, caring and his kind nature made him a friend to all. His smile and sprit will live on in the many lives he has touched. Hunter is survived by his parents Blake and Linda, his sister Shelby and a large family that loved him dearly. Public Viewing will be on Thursday, Jan. 10th, 4:30 p.m. to 7:30 pm at El Camino Memorial. Funeral Services will be at 1st United Methodist Church on Friday, Jan. 11th, at 1 p.m. A private burial will follow for immediate family and invited friends. A Celebration of his life will be on Fri. 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. at 1st United Methodist Church in Linder Hall. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Hunter's name to the Mesa College Baseball or Humane Society.
