The South Carolina Highway Patrol is looking for the driver involved in a crash that killed a man and his stepson who were riding a dirt bike late Sunday night in Greenville County.

Troopers said an older model Honda dirt bike was driving on Woodside Avenue near Sixth Street when it crashed with another vehicle around 10:30 p.m.

The driver was thrown from the bike and died at the scene, according to the Highway Patrol. Troopers said the bike's passenger was taken to the hospital and later died.

Troopers said neither victim was wearing a helmet.

Greenville County Deputy Coroner Barry Wright said the driver was 32-year-old Robert Blackstone and the passenger was his 12-year-old stepson Timothy Rowland. He said the accident happened right down the road from their house.

Wright said they ran into a utility pole and both died from blunt force trauma.

Troopers said they are looking for a four door, 2004 to 2007 silver Chevrolet Malibu as a vehicle of interest in the wreck. The car may have front damage.
