A warrant has been issued for the arrest of a Bear man wanted in connection with a slaying earlier this month in Wilmington, police said. The suspect, Tymere Kinlow, 18, of the first block of Darwin Road, is wanted on charges of first-degree murder and possession of a firearm during a felony, said Wilmington police spokesman Master Sgt. Steven Barnes. He is wanted in the Sept. 1 fatal shooting on the city's west side of 22-year-old Damon Butcher. Butcher was shot several times about 8:45 a.m. in the 300 block of N. Franklin St. Butcher was taken to Christiana Hospital where he died shortly after arrival.
