A Maumelle man suffered fatal injuries after being thrown from a scooter he was riding Monday night on Interstate 40 in North Little Rock, police said.
Dylan Poff, 32, was riding a scooter east near the Levy exit when he lost control and was thrown from the vehicle shortly before 11:45 p.m., according to an Arkansas State Police report.
Poff was taken to UAMS Medical Center in Little Rock, where he died.
Police say the wreck happened in rainy conditions.
The death is the 399th fatality in a traffic accident in Arkansas so far this year.
