The body of a Florida woman who has been missing for over two weeks has been found. Ironically, the body found buried was located in the backyard of the victim's daughter who had passed away. Investigations are now under way with another family member suspected to have been involved in both deaths.

The body found buried in the town of Fowler belonged to 68-year old Nena Metoyer. According to reports, Metoyer had been reported missing since Sept. 24. Before relatives had filed for a case of a missing person, Metoyer had flown from Florida to take care of her daughter, Teresa Jarding.

Jarding, aged 49, was in failing health since August. A day before Nena Metoyer's body found buried in Jarding's backyard, Teresa had died of medical related concerns. Apart from Nena Metoyer, the case is now being linked to the dismembered remains uncovered in Chicago.

The remains of the body found buried in Chicago belong to Milan Lekich. Lekich was none other than Jarding's ex-husband.

"We feel there is some kind of connection between Nena's disappearance and Milan's disappearance, but we just can't find the connection," stated Fowler police Chief Dennis Rice.

While Metoyer was reported to be missing since the month of Aug., Lekich had been noted to be missing since March 2013. Jarding had initially refused to talk to the police regarding the whereabouts of Lekich. With the news of the body found buried in Fowler, the case continues to be the talk of the town.

"It's the talk of the town. There's not a whole lot that happens in Fowler," stated one resident in Fowler who has lived in the town for almost 25 years.

The body found buried in Fowler belonging to Nena Metoyer and the dismembered remains of Milan Lekich are reportedly connected. With the death of Teresa Jarding, could another family member have been part of the crime perhaps?
