Kyle Patrick Honan of Washingtonville died on Sunday, Jan. 24, 2016, at St. Luke's Cornwall Hospital. He was 24.
Son of John and Elizabeth Bellino Honan, he was born in the Bronx on Oct. 18, 1991.
He was a son, brother, grandson, nephew and cousin. He had an endearing smile and unmatched kindness towards others especially children with special needs; he was a true gentile giant. A graduate of Washingtonville High School, he was attending SUNY Maritime College in the Bronx. He worked at Tommy Hilfiger in the Woodbury Commons.
Survivors include his parents, John and Liz Honan of Washingtonville; two brothers, J.J. and Eddie Honan, of Washingtonville; grandparents, Laurie Manley of Washingtonville and Mary Bellino, of Bronxville, N.Y.; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and his beloved pets.
He was predeceased by his grandparents, John Honan Sr., Stephen Manley, and Patrick Bellino.
Visitation was held Jan. 28 at David T. Ferguson Funeral Home, Washingtonville. A Mass of Christian burial was held at St. Mary's Church in Washingtonville. Private cremation will follow.
